Ambuja Neotia entered the hospitality segment with a commitment to excellence, crafting unforgettable experiences for its customers. The Conclave marked Harshavardhan Neotia's inaugural foray into the hospitality industry. Following this, the brand expanded to create Club Verde in Kolkata, offering world-class clubbing experience and luxurious amenities, and Montana Gymkhana in Siliguri, introducing the first sports club to the city.

The Ffort Raichak marked Ambuja Neotia's debut in the hotel sector, establishing itself as a leisure retreat that seamlessly blends fine luxury with nature's bounty. With 112 elegantly designed rooms and suites offering breathtaking views of the Ganges, The Ffort set the foundation for the group's commitment to creating memorable riverine experiences. Building on this legacy, Taj Ganga Kutir Resort & Spa was developed as part of a larger 100-acre commune and estate, expanding the group's hospitality footprint in the region, seamlessly integrating with the tranquil Gangetic landscape, surrounded by lush greenery and native blossoms.

In addition, Hotels Ecohub and Montana Vista, situated in Kolkata and Siliguri respectively, serve as ideal venues for business gatherings, conferences, leisurely gatherings, and family retreats. AltAir, a 5-star boutique hotel in Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata, offers contemporary rooms and sky lounges for guests. Taj Guras Kutir Gangtok, a luxury mountain resort in Sikkim, presents an ode to Sikkim's beauty and tradition, catering perfectly to global travellers. The Group also owns Taj Chia Kutir, located amidst lush tea gardens in Makaibari Tea Estate, Taj Taal Kutir, Taj City Centre, New Town, and Raajkutir IHCL SeleQtions. The Group acquired Tree of Life Resorts and Hotels chain, expanding its reach to 16 leisure destinations across the country.

In the food and beverage sector, Ambuja Neotia Hospitality operates in Smart & Casual Dining, QSR, and Clubs & Banquets. Its restaurant portfolio includes Yaraana Supper Club (Indian Fusion), The Dockyard & Co (Continental), Sonar Tori (Bengali Cuisine), The Orient (Oriental Cuisine), Loafer's Café (Anglo Indian), Afraa (World Cuisine), and Bombastic Supper Club (Yoshoku Cuisine) for smart & casual dining experiences. In the QSR segment, it operates brands like Tea Junction (India's first and Leading Tea Chain), Zamana (Indian & Asian street food), Tiffin (Fast Food) and Afraa Deli (Continental Cuisine). The Group also manages several independent banquet facilities.
