Around 250-300 women take part in various events of brick race, tug-of-war, football, and kabaddi. The events symbolizes breaking of taboos, gender equality and emphasizes women’s rights to participate in outdoor activities.

Community SOS

When there is an outbreak of Dengue especially during monsoon, we distribute mosquito-nets among communities. It is implemented with the Ramakrishna Mission. Similarly, during peak winter, blankets are given to the needy and senior citizens in slum dwellings. These initiatives take place every year whenever we get a crisis call from the communities we work for.
