  • AGM/DGM – Project Design & Planning

    More than 15 years of experience in Real Estate industry. Have relevant knowledge in handling Detailed Design Management, Budgeting, Costing, and Quality of real estate project. Quality assurance and knowledge of various IS codes. Must have handled all the building formats from start to end – residential, commercial, mixed used development with overall Project Value of Rs 1000 cr. plus. Must be well conversant with AAI, Fire, Municipal and PCB byelaws. Must have knowledge on all MEP services required for buildings. Supervise BOQ & BOM developments. Should have experience in handling consultant independently. In depth knowledge of excel with programming interface, ISO. Deft in data analysis and presentation in comprehensible format. Analysis of engineering product and technical data sheet etc. Experience in handling team of at least 12 members. Candidates with working knowledge in SAP are preferred. Age Criteria - below 45 years of age.

  • Interior Executive

    Minimum 5 to 10 year of experience in handling interior project like Hotel, Club, Mall, Resort, Hospital, Multiplex etc. Experience in monitoring day-to-day site execution activity of 5star Hotel Interior Projects. Sufficient knowledge regarding service work related to interior. Ability to handle interior projects individually including day-to-day planning, sequencing of job, proper utilization of materials & manpower time & cost analysis and its implication on project and billing of the project.
