Experience Minimum 5 years of experience & graduate with sound knowledge in Contracts Management responsible for contractor & vendor management, negotiate and finalize Contracts with vendors of the Real Estate Industry, ensuring compliance of all Contracts policies. Work planning, MIS Reports, MPR, DPR, Cost Report Preparation. Preparation of client bill & checking contractor bill. Knowledge in SAP is must.
Experience 3-6 years of experience in event planning and management. Knowledge on kiosks, signage and vendor management. Ideas to increase mall promotions and events.
