Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed. Candidate must be a graduate from any discipline.
Experience Diploma/B. Tech (Electrical) candidates having 6-8 years of experience in Hotel & Hospitality Projects including Banquets, Clubs, QSR units, working in direct coordination with the Chairman's Office. Monitor & examine all technical works, including site management, ensuring all MEP system testing & performance of all systems and installations. Maintain accurate and up to date records of MEP installation, inspection, testing and commissioning. Managing day to day work of mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Candidates must have strong skills in areas of electrical, HVAC and plumbing.
Experience Candidates with Diploma/Degree in Interior Designing/ Civil Engineering having minimum 5 years of experience in handling interiors projects like Hotel, Club, Mall, Resort, Hospital, Multiplex, etc. Responsible for day-to-day site execution activity of 5-star hotel interior project. Required to individually handle project planning, sequencing of job, proper utilization of materials and manpower, time & cost analysis and its implication on project, billing of the project, etc. Candidate must have a prior experience of handling Interior site execution of a 5-Star Hotel.
Experience 6-8 years of experience in execution with an educational background of Architecture. Responsible for supervision of site work and handling statutory requirements. Looking after the entire finishing work(s). Handling execution & matters related to statutory sanctioning of the entire campus/ building(s), MEP, Fire licenses, etc.
